The 2009 Music Fest was kicked off by Scarlet Chord out of Lusby, MD.
Scarlet Chord had several guest acts.

The bass was astounding!

Soul Soldiers from Lusby, MD tore it up with Rap & Hip-Hop...

Then the rain came. Some used chairs as umbrellas.
Others ran for cover!
The rain ended and brought out the bovines.
The Emcees had their hands full stalling while equipment was quickly dried.
Emcees even launched free stuff from the stage.
LifeBlood treated those who rode out the short storm.
LifeBlood from Laurel, MD has a unique hard rock style...

Vision 8 from Lusby, MD followed...

...with a passion that shines through every note.
